The PF Series vibrating pan feeders are compact, high-performance units designed to provide precise feed control in mining, aggregates, recycling, and infrastructure applications. Optimized for secondary, tertiary, and quaternary stages, these feeders ensure a uniform flow of material to downstream equipment such as crushers and screens.
Engineered with a bottom-mounted coil spring system, the PF Series efficiently absorbs shock loads while maintaining structural integrity. The feeder’s dual contra-rotating vibrating motors, equipped with internal adjustable counterweights, generate consistent linear motion across the feed tray. This design provides reliable, continuous feeding in a wide range of installations, including surge tunnels, bins, or where space is constrained.
The welded steel frame is stress-relieved and reinforced with ribbed side plates for additional strength. A honeycomb-style steel pan reinforcement design adds rigidity without excess weight, and abrasion-resistant liners on the bed and sidewalls increase longevity in harsh operating conditions. The feeders can be floor-mounted or suspended, and offer flexibility in installation angles ranging from horizontal to 10° decline.
To fine-tune performance, the feed stroke can be adjusted using internal weights, and the operating speed can be precisely managed via a variable frequency drive (VFD), ensuring optimal performance regardless of material type or feed rate.
