The CT Series ceramic hydrocyclones from Minerza are engineered for high-performance separation in dense-medium and high-abrasion environments. With a steel housing lined with thick 92% alumina ceramic tiles, these hydrocyclones offer exceptional wear life, reliable efficiency, and reduced maintenance in coal, potash, and diamond applications.
Built around our proprietary spiral inlet design, the CT Series minimizes turbulence and enhances separation sharpness while ensuring high throughput. Each unit can be fitted with extended barrels to increase residence time, improving efficiency in demanding feed conditions.
Multiple cone angles (20° or 40°) and interchangeable spigots allow the CT Series to adapt to various ore types and performance needs. Spigot options range from standard to extra-high capacity and are available in multiple wear-resistant materials to maximize service life.
With no moving parts, these cyclones are easy to maintain, while the snap-fit ceramic liners simplify relining procedures and improve worker safety. The robust design ensures minimal downtime and reliable operation across a wide range of processing conditions.
