The DM Series hydrocyclones from Minerza are purpose-built for dense-medium applications in coal, potash, diamond, and hard rock processing. Cast from solid 27% chrome white iron, these rugged cyclones deliver unmatched wear resistance and classification efficiency—without the need for housing or internal liners.
At the heart of the DM Series is Minerza’s spiral laminar inlet geometry, which minimizes turbulence and maximizes separation sharpness and volumetric capacity. This proven design enhances recovery and extends cyclone service life, even under the harshest feed conditions.
With a compact, linerless body and no moving parts, the DM Series is easy to install, low-maintenance, and ideal for retrofits or cluster upgrades. Custom spigot and vortex finder options are available to tailor performance across different process requirements.
All components are joined using high-strength epoxy for structural integrity and simplified service. Whether for dense-medium separation, media recovery, or media densification, the DM Series offers exceptional value and performance in a streamlined package.
