PU Series Polyurethane Hydrocyclones

The PU Series hydrocyclones from Minerza are designed for light-duty, low-temperature applications where corrosion resistance and ease of handling are key. Ideal for desliming, dewatering, and temporary installations, these hydrocyclones are cast entirely in solid polyurethane — eliminating the need for housings or internal liners.

Featuring our proven spiral laminar inlet geometry, the PU Series delivers sharper separation, improved slurry classification, and longer wear life compared to conventional designs. Their compact and lightweight build makes them especially well-suited for cyclone clusters or operations requiring quick setup and portability.

Available in sizes from 40 mm to 250 mm, the PU Series offers multiple cone angles and customizable vortex finders and spigots, allowing operators to fine-tune performance across a range of feed conditions.
