TDP Series pumps are high-performance triplex piston diaphragm pumps engineered for transporting abrasive mineral slurries, tailings, and mine water across vast distances and extreme elevation profiles. Designed with three crankshaft-driven cylinders and a preformed wear-resistant diaphragm, these heavy-duty pumps deliver superior reliability, long service intervals, and high volumetric efficiency — reaching up to 96%.
Ideal for high-pressure slurry pipeline systems, TDP Series pumps can transport solids over 550 km and 2,000 m uphill while maintaining low energy and water consumption. The robust single-piece power frame, long-life bearings, and nitrogen-controlled pulsation dampeners enable smooth, low-vibration operation even under fluctuating conditions. These pumps are built for continuous service with minimal downtime and provide significant savings in total cost of ownership through wear protection and efficient operation.
With capacities up to 1,500 m³/h and pressures up to 30,000 kPa, the TDP Series is the pump of choice for demanding mining, industrial, and tailings applications requiring precise, long-distance solids transport with minimal environmental impact.
