The CHP Series consists of high-performance hydraulic piston pumps with actuated cone valves, purpose-built for handling extremely viscous sludges, paste, mine backfill, and high-density slurries with solids content up to 90%. Equipped with Weir’s proprietary HTI (Hydraulic Twin Intelligence) control system, these pumps deliver pulsation-free operation, ensuring reliable, quiet, and efficient performance even in the harshest conditions.

CHP pumps feature a full-flow, self-priming design with low stroke rates, exceptional wear resistance, and an automatic greasing system that extends service life. Manufactured in the same OEM facility as the hydraulic power units, CHP pumps guarantee total system compatibility and optimal build quality.
