DDP Series – Duplex Diaphragm Pumps

DDP Series pumps are robust duplex piston diaphragm pumps designed for high-pressure transport of abrasive and corrosive slurries with high solid content. Featuring two crankshaft-driven cylinders and a double-acting design, these pumps ensure high throughput and superior efficiency up to 96%, making them ideal for a wide range of demanding mining and industrial applications.

Equipped with the unique preformed diaphragm, DDP pumps isolate the abrasive media from internal components, significantly extending wear life. These pumps are commonly used in applications such as paste tailings transport, mine dewatering, hydraulic ore hoisting, digester and autoclave feed, ash disposal, and thickened sludge handling.

Smaller and more compact than triplex systems, the DDP Series delivers high reliability with reduced operational footprint, low energy and water consumption, and minimal heat generation. Nitrogen-controlled dampeners ensure smooth operation even during fluctuating conditions, further reducing pipeline wear and system stress.
