KRA Series vertical gearboxes are engineered for heavy-duty vertical applications where high output torque, minimal maintenance, and reliable performance are essential. Built with a split-plane housing and optimized shaft support, these drives offer reduced vibration and low noise thanks to helical and bevel-helical gearing. The housing is designed specifically for vertical operation and includes symmetric feet for balanced load distribution. With 20 size options, reduction ratios up to 630:1, and torque up to 1100 kNm, KRA drives are ideal for use in cooling towers, mixers, and similar vertical systems. A dedicated pump-based lubrication system ensures consistent operation under demanding conditions.
