BTP Series steam coil air preheaters are built with a 2-row bare tube design using carbon steel for efficient thermal transfer and durability. Designed to preheat combustion air in boiler systems, they feature an airtight header enclosurethat eliminates leakage and a welded cover plate for duct integration. With operating steam pressures up to 10 bar, air inlet temperatures down to -20 °C, and flow rates up to 60 000 Nm³/h, these units deliver robust performance in demanding thermal environments. Reinforced framing allows for safe installation, extended service life, and easy removal for maintenance.
