The DSW Series by Minerza delivers high-efficiency, dual-grade sand washing in a compact and robust design. Engineered to simultaneously produce two separate sand products, it provides exceptional control over aggregate output, even under variable feed conditions.
Raw material is separated on a split-deck dewatering screen: coarse sand is processed directly, while fine material is routed through a high-performance hydrocyclone for ultra-fine removal before being returned for secondary screening and dewatering. A built-in blending mechanism enables on-the-fly mixing of coarse and fine fractions to meet specification targets.
Designed for simplicity and uptime, the DSW Series includes rubber-lined wear components, a baffled sump to protect pumps and hydrocyclones from large particles, and a floating ball switch to prevent dry runs. Spray bars and variable slot media on the screen improve fines separation, while a variable frequency drive (VFD) allows performance tuning without stopping the plant. Maintenance is easy with a sump inspection hatch and fast-access connection points.
With fewer moving parts than traditional sand screws or bucket wheels, the DSW Series offers lower operational costs and faster commissioning — making it a versatile solution for modern sand processing needs.
