G Series – Heavy-duty Gravel and Dredge Pumps

G Series – Heavy-duty Gravel and Dredge Pumps

G Series pumps are unlined, heavy-duty horizontal centrifugal pumps engineered for continuous pumping of coarse, abrasive slurries with large particles. Designed specifically for dredging, gravel, tunneling, and slag granulation applications, G models deliver outstanding performance, extended wear life, and simplified maintenance with lower operating costs. The series includes standard, heavy-duty, and high-pressure variants, as well as a proven dredging model for marine and industrial use.

The third-generation G super-heavy-duty gravel pumps feature advanced hydraulic profiles, offering higher flow and head without compromising wear life. All pumps are constructed from high-performance alloys such A61, ensuring maximum abrasion resistance under extreme conditions. The design enables easy access to wear parts and secure shaft adjustment, with compatibility for automatic lubrication systems.

Key Features:

— Unlined, all-metal construction for large-particle slurries

— Available in standard, heavy-duty, and high-pressure configurations

— Advanced hydraulics reduce internal velocities and recirculation

— Split release collar and removable shaft sleeve for easy servicing

— Optional Accumin® system for automated lubrication

— Suitable for dredging, tunneling, slag granulation, and backfill pumping

— Rated up to 2,500 kPa for high-pressure applications

Variants:

G – Standard gravel pump for inland dredging and short tunnels

GH – Heavy-duty gravel pump for higher heads and longer pipelines

GHP / GHPP – High-pressure gravel pumps for co-disposal and iron ore tailings

GHG – Third-generation super-heavy-duty pump with improved flow and wear life

GD – Dredging pump for marine hopper dredgers and barge loading; also used in food and slag applications
