The GF Series vibrating grizzly feeders are engineered to deliver maximum durability and performance in heavy-duty primary feeding applications. Designed to handle large surge loads from dump trucks and loaders, these feeders ensure a continuous, regulated flow of material to downstream crushers and screens. Whether installed in mining, aggregates, or infrastructure plants, the GF Series provides efficient pre-screening and optimal load distribution.
These feeders feature a built-in grizzly section at the discharge end to remove fines and undersized rock before primary crushing, reducing wear and improving efficiency across the entire processing line. The vibrating unit consists of two contra-rotating forged steel eccentric shafts, precision-machined and supported by large spherical roller bearings. Flow-through oil lubrication and multi-layer bearing sealing provide extended service life even in dusty and abrasive environments.
The GF Series offers outboard-mounted steel coil springs at the discharge end for greater stability and allows for the integration of a bypass chute. Rear-mounted side snubbers help eliminate surging, while replaceable liners and grizzly bars make servicing straightforward and cost-effective. The linear motion angle and counterweight configuration can be adjusted to optimize performance based on site-specific requirements.
