MCW Series Coarse Classifier

The MCW Series Coarse Classifiers by Minerza are a cost-effective and efficient solution for the washing, classification, and dewatering of coarse aggregates in the 10–65 mm range. Engineered for durability and performance, these machines are ideal for applications where soluble silts and soft clays must be removed from coarse materials following wet screening.

With single- and twin-spiral configurations, MCW Series units provide robust mechanical performance thanks to their high-torque gear reducers, vibration-resistant design, and corrugated paddles that ensure maximum scrubbing action. The integrated rising current system enhances separation efficiency by flushing away lightweight contaminants and organics.

Designed for minimal downtime, these classifiers feature precision-aligned shaft couplings, wear-resistant paddles and hubs, and pivoting support feet for flexible tub inclination adjustment. Maintenance is simplified through accessible covers, easy shaft removal, and compatibility with standard wash water and drain connections.
