SBR Series – Ultra-Low NOₓ Surface Burner

SBR Series burners are advanced, surface-stabilized premix burners designed for ultra-low NOₓ performance in firetube and watertube boilers. Operating on natural gas only, they achieve emissions <5 ppm NOₓ, without FGR or SCR, making them ideal for facilities subject to stringent air quality regulations. The burner uses a metal fiber mesh combustion surface, providing uniform flame, low noise, and stable operation across its 3:1 turndown range. SBR burners are fully modulating, with integrated controls and compact design suitable for new installations or retrofits.
