XLX Series – High-Capacity Low-NOₓ Industrial Burner

XLX Series burners are engineered for large-scale industrial boilers requiring high-capacity, ultra-reliable combustion. With input ranges from 16.8 to 100.5 MMBtu/h, the XLX supports firing of natural gas, propane, and #2 to #6 oil, and delivers 8:1 turndown on gas, 6:1 on oil. Designed for firetube and watertube boilers up to 2,200 BHP, these burners combine full modulation, low NOₓ (<30 ppm) options, and robust high-static fans for pressurized firing. Advanced control packages, field-proven stability, and UL/cUL certification make the XLX ideal for power plants, refineries, hospitals, and manufacturing facilities.
