Minerza’s SW Series sand wash plants are engineered for reliable, high-efficiency sand classification and dewatering in a compact footprint. Designed to process a single sand grade, these units remove excess fines or coarse particles, delivering clean, low-moisture output ready for stockpiling or conveying.
Built for rugged performance, SW Series plants feature premium rubber-lined components, a compact skid-mounted structure, and an integrated Enduron®-style dewatering screen with interchangeable media panels for optimal fines separation. An optional Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) maintains consistent performance across variable feed conditions.
Compared to traditional sand screws or bucket wheels, SW units offer a simplified design with fewer moving parts, improving durability while lowering maintenance. Key protection features include a floating ball switch inside the sump to prevent dry runs and an optional Isogate® valve to control pump flow.
SW plants are also designed for easy access and serviceability, with a sump inspection hatch, flexible discharge points, and modular platform/stair configurations. Whether operating in wet or dry feed conditions, the SP Series ensures rapid setup, low power consumption, and excellent fines recovery — making it a superior choice for modern sand operations.
