MLW Series Log Classifiers

The MLW Series Log Classifiers by Minerza are designed to tackle the toughest washing and separation challenges. Perfect for highly plastic clays, conglomerates, soft stone, and cemented aggregates, these units deliver aggressive scrubbing action to break down coatings, reduce weak fractions, and disintegrate agglomerates.

At the core of their performance are twin counter-rotating log shafts with oversized corrugated paddles, timed at 45° intervals for optimal overlap and scrubbing intensity. Constructed from heavy-duty steel, the washer tub and internal components ensure long-lasting durability even in the most demanding conditions.

Designed with maintenance in mind, the MLW Series features modular wear components, external lower bearings, and adjustable support feet for flexible installation. The integrated wash water manifold and discharge chute ensure efficient material flow and simple operation. Whether handling crushed rock, gravel, or ore, these log classifiers are engineered for maximum scrubbing retention time and minimal downtime.
