MSW Series Sand Classifiers

The MSW Series Sand Classifiers by Minerza offer an efficient solution for washing and classifying fine materials using hydraulic separation. Ideal for applications after wet screening or classifying tanks, they are especially effective in processing concrete, mason, mortar, plaster, and golf course sands.

Engineered with single or twin screw configurations, the MSW Series uses controlled water flow and spiral movement to classify sand by weight, remove impurities, and reduce residual moisture. The reinforced steel spiral shaft, high-torque gear reducers, and three types of wear shoes ensure optimal performance, strength, and wear resistance.

With a robust double-bent tub construction and adjustable feed box, these classifiers are built to handle tough conditions while maintaining easy serviceability. Operators can fine-tune spiral speed and water flow to match site-specific requirements, making the MSW Series a versatile solution for any sand processing operation.
