FCX Series Decanter Centrifuges

Minerza FCX Series Decanter Centrifuges provide continuous, high-efficiency dewatering of ultrafine solids, including silt and clay, with minimal operator intervention. Designed for remote operation, these machines combine a solid bowl with a differential screw conveyor to separate solids and liquids under high G-force — making them ideal for mining tailings, clay-rich slurries, and ultrafine particles below 10 µm.

Equipped with heavy-duty gearboxes, wear-resistant components, and tailings-optimized scroll geometry, the FCX Series ensures long service life, reduced downtime, and high availability even in the most abrasive applications. The system is fully automated, with integrated control for scroll speed, torque, cake dryness, and emergency flushing. Designed for integration into thickener underflow systems, the cake can be discharged directly to a conveyor, pump, or truck.
