The MHP Series is engineered to deliver exceptional performance in severe multi-stage, long-distance slurry transport and tailings applications. With robust hydraulics, reinforced double-wall casing, and high-pressure ratings up to 7,300 kPa, MHP pumps offer industry-leading reliability for Class 4 slurry services.
Designed for hydrotransport and extreme-duty tailings operations, the MHP line includes three configurations tailored to varying pressure demands — from MH (low-pressure) to MHP (standard) and MHPP (high-pressure). Their modular, fully metal- or rubber-lined construction allows for easy component replacement, reducing downtime and extending service life.
The pumps feature cartridge-style bearing assemblies, alignment-locked shafts, advanced gland sealing systems, and lifting tools for rapid maintenance — all within a pressure-retaining ductile iron casing that minimizes failure risk. Proven in the harshest environments, including the Canadian oil sands, the MHP Series is a reliable solution for sustainable, long-distance slurry transport.
