VCP Series – Vertical Cantilever Process Pumps

VCP Series pumps are heavy-duty vertical cantilever sump pumps engineered for severe-duty and high-head applications in chemical processing, flue gas desulfurisation (FGD), phosphate, and hard rock industries. Their distinctive long-shaft design and four-column casing support provide superior structural integrity, making them ideal for abrasive and corrosive slurry environments where reliability is critical.

These vertical pumps eliminate the need for submerged bearings, seals or flush water, significantly reducing ancillary water costs. Available with all-metal or rubber-lined wet ends, VCP pumps offer maximum versatility for both abrasive and chemical duties. Their double-volute casing balances radial forces, minimises shaft deflection, and protects bearings, ensuring long service life even under harsh conditions.

With a compact footprint, multiple motor mounting options, and optional suction extensions, the VCP series delivers efficient, blockage-free performance and adaptability in confined or variable sump conditions.
