WBX Series – Finned Tube Air Preheater with Removable Waterbox Header

WBX Series air preheaters are finned-tube heat exchangers equipped with a removable waterbox header, allowing direct access to individual tubes for cleaning, inspection, and maintenance. Engineered with a carbon steel core, these units offer high thermal efficiency while maintaining mechanical rigidity through gusseted frame supports. The fin-and-tube configuration maximizes surface area for rapid heat transfer in high-volume airflow systems. Built for industrial boiler and process air systems, WBX units are customizable in size, tube spacing, and lifting features, including shackles or frames per customer request. Operating pressure up to 10 bar, airflow to 50 000 Nm³/h, and temperature rise up to 80 °C.
