The HX Series hydrocyclones are Minerza’s next-generation classification solution, developed to set a new industry benchmark in separation performance, volumetric capacity, and wear life.

Engineered with our proprietary spiral inlet geometry, the HX Series stabilizes internal flow, reduces turbulence, and delivers exceptional separation efficiency — especially in the critical 8–500 micron range. This design enables up to 30% more throughput without increasing equipment footprint, while also reducing misclassification and enhancing fines recovery. Combined with energy-efficient operation and low maintenance, HX Series hydrocyclones provide sustainable performance for grinding circuits, cyclone clusters, and tailings systems.
