ZFX Series – High‑Capacity Steam Boiler

The ZFX Series is built on Bosch’s renowned three-pass, double-flame-tube design, delivering 18 000–55 000 kg/h of high-pressure saturated steam (up to 30 bar, 235 °C) or superheated steam up to 300 °C. Featuring independent dual burners and gas paths, it ensures exceptional modulation flexibility and stable performance across fluctuating loads. With high efficiency achieved via integrated economiser and optional condensing heat recovery, it supports low-NOx and CO₂‑neutral operation using fuels such as gas, oil, biogas, hydrogen, or hybrid setups. Equipped with intelligent controls, superheater modules, the ZFX Series offers future-proof steam generation tailored to industrial demands.
