MC Series – Mill Circuit Slurry Pumps

MC Series encompasses Minerza’s heavy-duty mill circuit slurry pumps engineered for aggressive applications such as SAG and ball mill discharge and cyclone feed. Designed to handle large particles and high concentrations of abrasive slurries, this series includes three configurations: MC (rubber-lined), MCM (metal-lined), and MCU(unlined all-metal), offering flexible options for every process condition.

All models feature a robust ductile iron casing, advanced hydraulic design, and thick-walled wear components to ensure extended service life, increased throughput, and reduced maintenance. Large internal passages and expelling vanes optimize flow, reduce internal velocities, and minimize wear. A two-piece cover plate allows quick access to internals for fast wet-end changeouts, minimizing mill downtime.
