RF Series Reflux Flotation Cell by Minerza delivers next-generation flotation performance through advanced lamella-based separation and gas–solid contacting. Engineered for ultra-high throughput with a compact footprint, the RF Series offers dramatic improvements in flotation kinetics, water recovery, and energy efficiency compared to conventional cells.
At the core of the system is the inclined lamella plate arrangement that enhances bubble-particle collision and promotes fast phase separation. The fluidised zone below enables intensive gas dispersion and particle suspension, while the lamella zone above accelerates the recovery of hydrophobic particles. This unique configuration allows for extremely high feed flux, rapid flotation, and superior water rejection—all within a single unit.
Available in modular configurations with processing rates up to several hundred m³/h, RF Series cells are ideally suited for fine particle recovery, final concentrate polishing, and dewatering duties across base metals, industrial minerals, and coal applications.
