VI Series Impact Crusher

The VI Series Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher engineered to produce high-quality, well-shaped particles and fine aggregates, purpose-built for tertiary and quaternary crushing. It uses advanced technology to deliver consistent performance in sand production, shaping, and beneficiation tasks.

Designed for flexibility, it features a modular crusher housing and interchangeable rotors to adapt to changing applications. A dedicated lubrication unit allows for higher rotor speeds than grease-lubricated designs, enhancing efficiency and product quality.

The VI Series offers:

Welded carbon steel main frame

Chrome iron feed plate, impeller shoes and feed pipe

Tungsten carbide tipped rotor bars

Replaceable wear rings and plates

Cast iron anvil rings

These impact crushers are ideal when reconfiguration is needed post-installation. Unlike compression crushers, they operate using rock-on-rock and rock-on-steel impact to produce premium particle shape at high energy.
