MPX Series – Multi-Pass U-Tube Heat Exchanger

MPX Series heat exchangers are designed for high-efficiency thermal transfer in demanding industrial applications, using a removable U-tube bundle configuration with multiple passes. The U-tube design allows for differential thermal expansion between shell and tubes, making it ideal for steam heating, thermal oil, and process fluids with high temperature variation. The bundle is fully removable for easy cleaning and inspection, while the multi-pass layoutincreases heat transfer efficiency without requiring a longer footprint. Available in carbon steel, stainless steel, or special alloys, MPX units are manufactured according to TEMA and ASME Section VIII codes.
